The Controller needs to understand all financial transactions and implications throughout the company. Due to the nature of the business, the Controller will be in a very demanding position tracking all different costs of each job and understanding each cost. This position works closely with many people including but not limited to: project managers, estimators, financial institutions, clients, and subcontractors. The Controller will be responsible for accurate job costing, job cost structures, and will be able to answer any financial questions or know where to get the information to answer any financial questions.
